Loading...This question type is the 5th one in the Speaking Section. Test takers will be asked with a question about common sense, and are supposed to answer just one word or a very simple phrase. This type of question usually has 5-6 questions.
Advice
Do not hesitate to answer because the score of this type of question only makes up a very small percentage of the Speaking Section. If you have plenty of time, just skim through them from time to time in the questions; or else you can skip this type of question.
Time span
The maximum duration for recording a response is 15 seconds. If a test taker pauses for 3 seconds while recording an answer, the microphone will close.
