Advice
This is the easiest question type in the Listening section and accounts for a very high percentage of the score. No matter what the goal is set for the PTE score, make sure to get the maximum score on this type of question, which is most likely achievable through practice in a short amount of time.
Time Span
Although HIW places importance on scores in the Listening section, do not spend too much time on this section, 2 minutes maximum per unit.
Practical Goals
50 points: Practice on the BoostPTE website at 1.2* and get the maximum score each time.
65 points: Practice on the BoostPTE website at 1.2* and get the maximum score each time.
79 points: Practice on the BoostPTE website at 1.2* and get the maximum score each time.
Practice Tasks
Daily practice of 10 HIW tasks on the BoostPTE website (at 1.2*, then gradually increase to 1.5*); continue to practice a task until the maximum score is reached at a time before moving on to the next task.
